USD 320 is offering mail-in enrollment process for returning, in-district and out-of district students. Parents who wish to avoid waiting in lines at physical enrollment now have the option of mailing in their enrollment forms and still paying by check or debit/credit card. Whichever way you choose to enroll your child, you will need to complete all necessary and applicable forms for each child. Forms can be accessed by clicking the links below.
Child Nutrition Program: Your child may be eligible to receive school meals at a reduced price or free. For information and applications click here. If you are also interested in free or reduced price textbook fees please complete and sign form 3E Consent for Disclosure. If there are any meal fees that you will owe, you will be billed once your application is processed.
Immunizations: If you are interested in your student/s receiving immunizations from the Pott. County Health Department, they will be in Wamego on Tuesdays after the 3rd Monday each month. At the First Baptist Church, 1911 Grandview, Wamego. Students are encouraged to bring their current shot records with them to save time. Parents must verify if their student/s qualify to receive immunizations from the health department before attending a clinic. If you have questions about immunizations, contact the Pott. Community School Supply Distribution: The Wamego Council of Churches and other community churches will provide free school supplies for local families in USD 320 experiencing financial hardships. Items will be distributed at the Items will be distributed at the Trinity Baptist Church, located at 16655 W Hwy 24, on August 2nd from 9AM-5PM. Cash or supply donations may be dropped off at any church office or Community Health Ministries, 407 Ash, by July 22nd. Cash donations may also be sent to St. Bernard Catholic Church, Attn: Treasurer of Council of Churches, 17665 Old Post Road, Wamego, KS 66547. CHECK: You may pay for all your children’s enrollment fees with one check. Simply add the Grand Total amounts from each of your children’s Enrollment Fee Sheets to calculate the total for your family.
Complete the Credit Card Authorization Form, and submit along with completed forms to USD320 District Office, Attn: Enrollment, 1008 8th St., Wamego, Ks. 66547.
If you wish to purchase meals for your child you may include payment with the mail-in enrollment packet or do one of the following:

2.) Send money with student on first day of school
School Supply Kits: If you ordered a school supply kit from the PTO, you will need to pick up your kit during Physical Enrollment at Wamego Middle School.
P.E. Uniforms: Any student enrolled in a PE class or weights class will be required to wear some type of P.E. Uniform. They may be ordered on line at the following website. For students at WMS order here , WHS order here
*While each enrollment packet may look similar to the next, there are differences.
Please be sure to open the appropriate enrollment packet for your child(ren).
* It is required that Pre-School,** Kindergarten, and New students attend PHYSICAL ENROLLMENT. If you MAIL-IN an incomplete or incorrectly completed enrollment packet, you will be notified to attend PHYSICAL ENROLLMENT.
**Kindergarten parents will be notified if their paperwork is not complete and need to attend Physical Enrollment.

Birth Certificates: Students enrolling in USD 320 for the first time must provide proof of identity, (certified copy of Birth Certificate or certified transcript for transfer students) within 30 days of enrollment.
